Specialization in Literacy

Cristina specializes in Children’s Literature, and maintains a large private collection of children’s books to support the Waldorf curriculum. Since 1975, Cristina has taught in elementary schools, adult literacy programs, and teacher trainings. Ms. Drews has been instrumental in the founding of two independent Waldorf Schools, the Waldorf School of Orange County in California, and Shepherd Valley Waldorf School in Colorado. Her knowledge of teaching literacy has helped many teacher throughout the years!
